The author demonstrates clarity about the philsophical basis that underpins the writing. External control psychology destroys relationships, internal control psychology grows healthy relationships. This theory is made understandable to the reader. A really good book for those who work hard in their own relationships or those who work with others in the field of relationships coaching or counselling.
