You can get other books to build on this but this is the best one to outline in simple terms the main phases of the selling process and where to place the emphasis.
All kinds of books out there go into great details or give you 200 tips on how to build your confidence etc but omit the actual sequence of how a sale is put together in the first place from start to finish.
If you are incomplete on one step in the sales sequence it's not likely to be a closed sale no matter how many clever tricks you use or how perfect your product is.
The best part is that I finally know what I'm doing, instead of just spitting features blindly into a customer's face.
