It's priced good. But, make sure the device you buy it for can utilize the SDHC disc. That is not the case with older digital cameras and while I can use this for other storage uses it was not good for the camera I bought and I am really disappointed it came up as a recommendation from Amazon as something I should buy to go along with the digital camera I bought.

Amazon needs to get a better handle on their "recommendations", a little "human" attention is highly recommended. The way it is now the recommendations are based soley on what others purchased and don't take into account items that were purchased and later returned because they were not compatible.

I bought this product after running out of room on my Nikon D40 DSLR camera. The card is recognized by the camera and expands my current capacity (1 GB Card) from 200 pictures to 1000+ pictures.

I have one notable issue - not with the card, but with the way Nikon handles larger capacity cards. The D40 (and as I understand it, the D80 as well), only displays 3 digits for the picture capacity. As such, my camera displays the card capacity as having 1.0K instead of 1000. This is apparently by design. As you cross from 1000+ pictures to 999 pictures, the camera does indeed show 999.

One other minor issue. SanDisk should have included a carrying case for the SD card. No case was included, thus I must always store an SD card in my camera and swap the other 2 cards I have. This shouldn't increase the cost very much, but would have been a very welcome addition.

Sandisk 4gb card for Canon

This card was bundled with the Canon camera for a small extra charge. The real value was the free shipping and no sales tax through Amazon. I prefer 4gb cards over 8gb since I can carry several cards and download and clear them when I am ready. With 8gb I tend to keep shooting without re-formating and end up downloading the same pictures over and over to get to a few pictures I want to email. I carry several cards and a backup battery when traveling in foreign countries so that I can label the cards and download them when I return. Sandisk is a good brand that I have found to be reliable. Don't let sales clerks at electronics stores sell you high priced "faster" memory. Most cameras don't fire off shots fast enough to make a difference.

Did not work on my picture frame

I purchased this memory card specifically to use in my Kodak Picture Frame but apparently the picture frame does not recognize this memory card. When I first did my search to purchase this card with Amazon, I entered the make and model of my picture frame. Prior to all this I purchased a memory card from my local computer accessories store and that card did not work in my picture frame either. So that is the reason why I decided to purchase it from Amazon - I thought I could identify my product so I would get the exact item that I need. But that did not work either. The card works in my Nikon D90 camera though, so I have an extra memory card for my camera - maybe I can sell it.

This is a name brand high capacity flash memory module and it is selling for a very tiny price. What could be better?

I'm using mine with my Canon Powershot A580 camera and can also use it to store net downloads and general PC file storage. It works just fine with rapid high resolution camera shooting (5FPS), and the same with motion picture camcorder - using the same camera. Of course I can use it for MP3 music recordings. I don't find a single fault. It appears to be the best of the best. Who are these people rating this great product as less than five stars? Thank you all for bringing the price down by publishing picky, picky, picky, reviews. I'm buying more.

This card is doing what it was bought for. I purchased a bunch of different card sizes for taking pictures and video, it came quickly and I've already used it for pictures and video.
The quality of the card seems fine I being a novice as far as the cards go picked this brand because I've used it before and never had a problem with any of them other than they turned out to be to small after my needs had changed. One thing that could be in the descriptions of the cards are what the classes mean I didn't know and had to go look it up maybe others would need help with it also. So great card good price and so far it's working
