Great book! There were moments I just wanted to slap both Iris and Sebastian. Anyone could see they were meant for each other, but Iris kept putting Cara's wants before her own needs. I loved Ella she was the voice reason and super sassy. Sebastian also needed to man up and make a choice then stick with it.
I wasn't sure I was gonna enjoy this book because I'm not a big fan of cheating, but I loved it. This author just has a way with words, that draws you in and keeps you on the edge of your seat.
This book was one that I tried so hard to put down but just couldn't. I was so freaking glued to my device with this book that I just couldn't stop reading until I was able to finish it.
What can I say...the synopsis really pulled me and instantly caught my attention and I knew I just had to read it.
I know many people don't like to read books with cheating involved but it's fictional and I enjoy a good book regardless of whether there is cheating involved or not. the whole point is the premise of the book (storyline).
Even though there were times that I wanted to strangle the main character, I understood her reason for not wanting to be with this hot, sinfully sexy rockstar even though it hurt her to always see him with her cousin. He was a major player, he didn't care about girls feelings but for some reason when he first saw Iris (his flower) and knew he couldn't have her, it pulled him to date her cousin so he can always be close to Iris.
Iris was no fool and the reason she didn't want to date him was because she didn't do one-night stands, she did relationships and she knew Sebastian wasn't the relationship material and because she knew that her cousin had the hots for him as well. But what hurt her the most was the fact that he went ahead and started dating her cousin after knowing his reputation and that solely being the reason she didn't date him to begin with.
This whole book had me completely captivated, I loved how Iris really brought Sebastian to his knees for her and she sure gave him a run for her love. She might have been weak at times and given in to him, but mostly throughout the book she was pretty strong and would really try her best to avoid him. At a point in the book, they were actually just "friends" but when the chemistry is just too strong, it's inevitable that what you don't want to happen WILL happen.
I absolutely give this book two thumbs up and I'm very glad I had the opportunity read it and absolutely rate it 5 stars!!
