About the Author
Mary and Susan are friends once more to be—when they met, it was an instantaneous recognition of spiritual friendship. Their combined talents make a whole writer, maybe because Susan is left-handed and Mary is right-handed. They each have homes in the beautiful Northern California Sierras. They hope you enjoy their stories as much as they enjoyed writing them.

Combining an array of mystery, romance, and spirituality, the novel concerns Clara Summers, a Hollywood starlet confronted by the discovery that her brother, Michael, is near death due to an inoperable tumor at the base of his brain. Complicating her paparazzi-chased life are Carl, her manipulative agent, and the frosty disapproval her parents. In the opening chapters, Clara visits Michael in the hospital, and while praying, is enveloped by a mysterious aura of energy. When Dr. Alexander Bradford discovers that Michael’s tumor has disappeared, the doctor wonders if Clara has a secret healing ability he can use on another terminal patient dear to him. This serves as a springboard for a turbulent romance between Clara and Alex.
The plot is complex, the suspense taut, and the descriptions of characters and setting at times are beautifully expressed. Readers can enjoy a romantic story that builds a well-paced and gripping portrayal of Clara negotiating a healing heritage that was concealed from her, the glitz and glamour of fame, and discovering love.
To See Clearly is an intriguing story and is recommended for anyone looking for an easy read with a satisfying ending.
