But Gabe and Lisa are back and still navigating this insane world on the other side of the mirror, but now with their offspring. Which makes this story take on a crazy twist that will have you wondering just what is happening and what will happen next. So get back in your comfy reading place and dive through the mirror and see what happens next!!!
And I can't wait to see what happens next....because now I am dying to find out!
(okay, not really dying, and yeah, with this book, probably not the right choice of wording...LOL)
Ok, so if youve been one of the lucky people that's discovered the REAL amazing creative tale that CC Genovese can throw out, by this time you're probably like me and are hooked like a fish! If not, well im sorry my friend , but we cant all be cool kids!
The romantic suspense continues in book 3 Seed of Sin (Loving on that title too btw!)!! Gabe, Lisa and all their hang arounds ( the ones that are left anyway! Oh, Spoiler alert!) are back on the trail, running with some amazing and interesting secondary characters introduced that you will grow to love and some you may even hate and distrust. Speaking of secondary characters, I gotta throw my hand up for my man Haylay! OMG!! Never has a book character made me laugh so d*mn hard as he does, especially in this book! One particular scene had me rolling! You should hear his voice in my head! Girl! Ya know what im talkin about!!
Anyway, back to the review. Chris' creative talent and ability truly shines in this book and really this whole entire series! You will wonder if you are actually reading the workings of CC Genovese. But alas, my friend, rest assured that this man's talent is finally peaking out of its shell! I look forward to what we can expect in the future! This entire series will remain as one of my top ten favs ever and I only hope someday I get my hands on a paperback so I can add it to my re-read-able books shelf! Yes its that good! Until then, I will be impatiently waiting for the next installment of this mind blowing tale!
Of course this book is full of blood, sex and scary ass monsters.
When they realize that the babies are in danger, they are on the move again. Running from all the things that go bump in the night. Through the book we can see that Lisa, has come along way. In the first two books she seemed like a shy character. But in this book we see that she also has some strong qualities.
I loved some of the new characters, even if they might be temporary. The new secondary characters bring more of a dramatic aspect to the story. To be able to write some many characters with individual personality is an accomplishment in itself. In the end, the story left me wanting more. I am one thirsty lady, that needs more of this story
Over all, I loved this book. I might just go back and reread them all. Thanks Chris for letting me read the story and obsess over the main characters. *kisses*
