I finished this book in a day! I think we all could use a little help now and again. This book is about a personal journey and finding the courage to make big changes in your life. I believe in following your dreams and this book is about finding the freedom to do just that. I actually started a small garden and I am enjoying every moment of it!

They say when the student is ready the teacher appears. Reading Seeds of Freedom tied together several phrases and ideas that I have been working with in my own personal journey for several years. The section of special importance to me is on heart intelligence, how the heart's electric and magnetic fields are far stronger and possess an intelligence that the brain does not have access to. The way Ms. Wilson addresses it "clicked" for me - the difference between how logic and intuition operate. How the being "open hearted" and "heart centered" means connecting directly to the underlying intelligence that connects us all. And in doing so, we invite the magic of coincidental synchronicity that is not coincidental at all. In short, thinking with the heart is the way to invite and experience magic. I also loved the garden metaphor. It is simple, uplifting and refreshing.

Seeds of Freedom is a great and easy read - what I found most inspiring are the real life stories of how everyday people including the author changed their lives by investing in themselves. Personally, reading this book was confirmation for me that I'm at the right place in my life and I need to be patient and very caring about investing in myself.

On a separate note, the scientific nuggets of information included in the book were interesting (in a fun way) and made me want to learn more - thankfully Heather included all of the references and websites after each nugget!
