This book is built on a strong foundation we all know as Reality. The Reality that letting go is a natural process as breathing. The Author makes it clear that it will not be easy. It is not a switch you simply flick on or off. It all comes down to you and what you need or want. Then he gives you the tools through this guide in how to achieve it.
Bill Mcdowell gives great tips for looking at your loss. No matter what it is. To be happy, one should know the root cause of what it is that makes you unhappy in the first place. The Author's excellent and easy to understand writing style makes it clear he has the reader in mind... Someone that does not know where to start though have a longing for a happy life.
If this sounds like you, you will be delighted to read the tips he gives you and I promise you'll be thrilled when you suddenly feel the change within you nevermind seeing it. Bill Mcdowell will guide you to have and know your sense of purpose, how to treasure your freedom to forgive, especially yourself, thus be open in receiving all the blessings of happiness. You will once again believe in something and learn the importance of this simple fact. He offers an unique road map to achieve the happiness you desire. He also wrapped up his book nicely with bits of happiness you can 'put in your pocket' to remind you that when life offers a reason to frown, you have the power and knowledge to change it.
To better understand what this book is all about. Imagine yourself in a pitch dark place with no visible way out. . . This book is your torch. You will still need to get out of this dark place by yourself but now you have a torch to light your way.
I highly recommend this book. Excellent!
No one is perfect and improving yourself is an on-going scenario. This book lays out the divisions of parts of your life, how to remain positive and being happy with yourself is first and foremost. Most people don't realize that you are only as happy with others as you are with yourself.
Bill Mcdowell writes simplistic, yet thoughtful, in this book and he has great words that many people should read.
