It is very easy to read this book. It is simple and it makes things as clear as a bell. After I finished the book I looked at myself in the mirror and told myself just how smart and pretty I was, a ray of sunshine, and how much I loved myself! It was so weird and unusual to confess my love to myself without feeling self-conscious :):) And at that very moment I felt like I was covered by such a powerful wave of love and warmth, I was so happy!
Nobody will ever be able to make you happy until you do it yourself. Until you melt into the river of self-love, without any self-criticism or remorse. This is the key to happiness and success. To love yourself without any reason, just because you exist.
I’ve been keeping a gratitude diary for over a month now. Earlier I thanked my day, my relatives, and my friends, but I rarely thanked myself. Now half of my diary entries are devoted to me and not somebody else. I say thank you to myself not for something big, but simply for a good mood, for looking nice, for having done many good things that day. Thank you so very much, Anastasia!
It is so clear to me now that I am standing on the edge of important changes, that I am on the right path and very soon everything in my life will change for the better! Let it be!
Exercises are very effective. One of my favorite ones is about talents:):) After I started concentrating on my talents and strong suits, I have found more than a hundred of those:):)
The book is very worthy! But it is not for idle reading. For practice. Because self-love is actions. And if you don’t do those actions, there will be no results. This book is necessary for women who are ready to make steps in the direction of self-love. But it is definitely not for reading like you would read fiction, enjoying the style:):)
If you intend to start loving yourself, this book will be a great help! Moreover, you can feel the very supportive charisma of the author in every word you read. It will not give you an opportunity to give up!:):)

I do not give it 5 stars because some of the points were not elaborated, and could become more beneficial with more descriptions.
I would be doing something for some time, then I would quit. I found many interesting and useful things in this book. The style of the book is very light and understandable.
It made me want to do all the exercises. I like specific projects, so that every day is planned out. And it is such a joy that this book is exactly like that, a very logical structure. The test in the beginning of the book is very simple to do and the content of it is deep. After you accomplish the test it becomes clear right away what you need to work on. According to this test I have 7 points. So there will be a lot of work ahead. Just today I was putting my papers in order and I found a new notebook which I want to use as a diary. The book came to me in time – I am starting my diary tomorrow.
