If you are a founder or responsible for sales in an early-stage company, do yourself a favor and grab a copy of Sell More Faster: The Ultimate Sales Playbook for Startups right now.
We spent 18Months figuring these out, and this book just nails it. Wish this book was published 2 years ago, but kudos to Amos for publishing it now. It’s great to get insights into the sales hiring and product market for.
This book should also be read by VCs or Angels who typically give advice to founders about sales hires. They get it wrong too if they haven’t build any startups. This book really helps!

If there’s one thing that I would have liked to read more about is the question how you get onto the SMF path if you don’t follow it from the get-go and you’re already in a more established company. (Although in this case, this is probably not the "ICP" for this book, I guess)
