I don't know where to begin. My favorite Modern Asian restaurant has bulgogi on its menu and I order it and savor it but it's so pricey..and we don't go there often. But I still crave that flavor. I HAVE FOUND IT!! This sauce/marinade is so versatile, too...I took 2 lbs of ground beef and poured about a 1/2 c of the sauce on it and mixed it in, added my dried shallots, old fashioned oats, 2 eggs, a TBS Chinese 5 spice (mine is getting old, so you may want to put in a bit less), some red pepper flakes and mixed it up into a meatloaf. Then once in the pan, I mixed some ketchup, bulgogi sauce, 5 spice and red pepper flakes to make about a half cup of glaze to top off the meatloaf. Foiled it on top and baked it at 350f, taking off the foil the last 20 mins or so. It was LEGENDARY!!

Also, dice up cheaper cuts of pork or beef (or whatever you find on sale, even chicken works), and place in a freezer bag...pour this sauce on it just to cover it. Doesn't take much. Marinate overnight and then stir-fry. OMG. SOOOO GOOOD!

Bulgogi sauce is sorta like a sweet/salty sauce that is made with apples and pears...it is succulent. It is not too cloyingly sweet (not at all like a General Tso's sauce) and it brings out the meatiness in your dish. It will caramelize well, too, and is great for grilling. Hard to find...I have it on Subscribe and Save. LOVE IT.

If you love to go to your local Korean restaurant for bulgogi this is a great way to be able to make it at home. I found this through Aeriskitchen on Youtube because she uses this sauce for a lot of her recipes. So I brought and it tasted just as good as my favorite Korean restaurant.

Think you won't use all four of these bottles? You fool! This marinade is the best damn off-the-shelf bulgogi sauce you'll ever find.
You give anybody a taste of your delicious bulgogi, hell if you even cook it near them, they will ask you for more. Although making more isn't a problem.
For the busy and lazy, all you have to do is:
1. Cut up some thin strips off of a top sirloin steak
2. Put it in a tupperware container
3. Poor a bottle of this magical liquid into the container
4. Shake that container like it kidnapped your puppy
5. Put that container in your refrigerator for about 12 hours
6. Take that container out of the refrigerator
7. Pour the contents of that sucker into a pan
8. Cook that stuff at medium-high on your stove until everything looks edible, so like 5 minutes
9. Take a fork and stuff your face with your delicious bulgogi
10. Optionally, you could have prepared rice and eaten it with your delicious bulgogi, but you didn't: you just waited 12 hours and 5 minutes for delicious bulgogi, you must eat it now

Sempio Bulgogi sauce is absolutely incredible! We normally prepare it just like it says on the bottle, add green onions, sometimes some giant portobello mushrooms. You can cook it up on the stovetop, but we definitely prefer to grill it. If you've ever had bulgogi from a Korean restaurant, or homemade, you'll definitely be surprised at how genuine this marinade is!

for those of you have eaten Bulgogi, this is the best sauce that I have found that you can buy to fix Bulgogi at home and get the same taste as if you were ordering this from the restaurant. There are a number of ways that you can fix Bulgogi, but for the best taste, use thin sliced top sirloin steak, and just use enough sauce to cover the meat for approximately 30 minutes while marinating it. Then cook the meat on a grill, as this is the method that is used in the restaurant and will give it a better taste. One way that my grandchildren like this prepared is if you cut up the meat into small pieces and cook it on the stove top, using all of the sauce so that they will have sauce for their rice.

The only product from Sempio I've tried is the bulgogi sauce. The marinade is great when you are low on time and want to whip up something quick. The sauce is also really flavorful. At first it smelled salty, but when cooked, you get a good balance of salty and sweetness to it. I also love that it has real marinade ingredients such as garlic (which you can see) in it so it has a more of a homemade sauce feel instead of a marinade that is full of preservatives. I also love that it has no MSG.

This had the wonderful sweet taste I remember from having bulgogi in South Korea. I intend to give some to my son and his family for Christmas, as he was stationed in Korea and I know this was one of their favorite foods there.
