First off. A friend has the cordless model of this tool. I have used it and fell in love with the system. It actually made hanging drywall a breeze. Then I got to looking at the corded model. I went with the corded model because of several factors. No adjustment screw for length of screws. This one has an adjustment button. Makes life easier. Higher RPM's. Lighter. Even with the cord. No batteries to keep up with. No allen wrenches to keep up with and it comes with a heavier guage end for wood and most importantly concrete backer board. Now I do alot of tile work and when I also found that senco also made the screws for the backer board I had to have this system. Now as I said I do quite a bit of tile and have nailed the hardie board '' which is a pain and time consuming'' and used the Phillips head screws that u buy at the orange box that u have to fight to get flush or counter sunk for that matter. This tool with the backer board screws make hanging or putting the backer board down a breeze. I would highly recommend this tool to anyone that does drywall or tile. Senco just made my life a whole lot easier.

This is my first collated drill, my contractor suggested it (he had a cordless & corded on in his tool arsenal and showed) Man I feel like a cave "woman" that just discovered fire! I can't believe how EASY it is to pop a screw in a wall or rigid wood. In retrospect, I was REALLY struggling before *ha!* Even with the recommendation from my contractor, I read a few reviews before buying and saw a few complaints about the "drill bit". Something about the distributors/sellers have been switching the manufacturer bit with a cheap generic non-Senco brand bit, that was needing to be replaced often. I anticipated this being a future issue, so I purchased a few Senco replacement bits (square head) at the same time I bought the drill.

Great product work great for drywall. Makes the job 10 time easier. Make sure you read instructions or you will get miss feed more often. Need slight adjusting for first-time use, but once its rolling its a life saver. Main use drywall into old hardwood. Would recommend this to anyone who wants to save time.

I cannot believe i've never bought this before. If you have to install screws into fence, sheetrock, or cement board, this is the tool for you. just load, keep the trigger down and keep pushing. wish the screw strips were longer, but they are great.

don't forget to set for the different length screws when you change out screws. will jamb if you don't.

also, very easy to set depth on clutch.

literally the best tool ever.

I wanted one of these for years and finally bought it. It has not disappointed. It's really incredible how well it works IMO. The only drawback is that it really wants to be perpendicular so use it as intended for flat surfaces (specifically sheet rock of course).

I bought this back in February but had not had the need to use it till yesterday. I finally started using it to secure some subfloor. Day 1 it was great. I thought I was gonna be very happy. However day 2 was cut short when the small little pin that holds the depth gauge adjustment just fell out. I attempted to just put it back in and it did the same thing. A quick call to senco was met with "take it to a service center". Which only 2 in my area. A call to one went unanswered. So now I am stuck without a way to use all the subfloor screws I purchased for the senco drill. I always warn people to avoid a product that a company doesn't stand behind.

Speeds up work, with less effort. Takes a little getting used to, but works great. I bought two for a drywall job. The helper, who. Is just learning, was setting screws straight and fast, with the heads set properly. I have not priced out the extra cost of the screws, but it's so fast, I know that it will pencil out.

I was generally quite happy with the gun. It is a bit heavy, of course, which means that it is best used with two hands. The action can be a bit stiff. By this I mean that when you push it up against the drywall sometimes it takes a hefty push to activate the the gun. I wanted it mainly for dry walling ceilings and it did that well.
