Product Description
The Brainwavz Peridot is a stylish headphone stand that will look good in a home or office setting. The stand can accommodate large or small cup size headphones and wide or narrow headphone bands.
The Peridot uses 8mm thick plastic giving it a solid and sturdy feel, adding to this is the laser etched Brainwavz logo. All Brainwavz Peridot stands are hand crafted, as such there maybe slight variations between stands but do not affect the look of the stand.

For the price I paid, this was really a no-brainer. Even that is a little spendy for the function it serves, but compared to similar options, it's reasonable. If I ever need a second stand and can get this for the same price, I won't hesitate.
Update: I changed this to 4/5 stars instead of 5/5 stars because now after using this stand for a while.. the cushions on my headphones seem to have taken a turn for the worse.. The stand is nice to don't get me wrong.. but the way the stand is curved is that it puts more pressure on the top of the headphone cushions as opposed to the bottom of the headstand.. The problem is that the stand is curved and isn't really putting the cushions on a completely flat surface causing pressure points.. I would consider this to be more of a display stand more than anything since the XL cushions on my v mode m100's are now probably permanently crushed..
My biggest issue is with the fact that it's really ugly. It's a magnet for fingerprints, wasn't exactly clean when I took it out of the box, and the Brainwavz branding is a little obnoxious, especially considering the HM5 is really the only headphone they sell that proportionally fits on a stand like this.
The lettering is huge. I am having a friend of mind make a fleece sleeve to go over it so it's a little less "out there." But it's a very functional stand. I use it with my Hifiman HE-400 headphones and it works great with the band not extended. Sits on top of my desk.

The one flaw I see with it is the oversized logo that runs along the entire arc of the stand. I understand the need to brand, but it is unappealing, pure and simple. That said, I bought these for function, not for style, and one visual flaw isn't enough for me to rate these as anything less than five stars.
Absolutely recommended, just so long as you can get past the almost comically ridiculous branding.

So saw this one and thought that being transparent would give my desk a light feeling.
Its 8mm thick and looks just right.
My HD 598's fit on it great.
Its stable.
I wasn't a fan of the branding in photos but in person its not so bad, still would have preferred the lettering to be small and maybe at the bottom of the stand.
Cracking price, I think it looks ace.

My PSB M4U2s clamp to it very nicely and look good.
It is sturdy and has enough weight to it to stay where it is, without the risk of it being knocked around/over.
Overall I am very happy with it. I think it represents the best value for money headphone stand on the market and looks better than the mere £21.50 I've paid for it
If you want someting soild is a right choice, is not cheap...but i think is better to spend a bit more and have nice product.
Because for 'start' you will get someting cheap, that will brake anyway at some point.. this one i think i chilldren will pass to their children.
Only two negative things i can acutaly say... is heavy(plus), but not heavy enough...so it can move when you pick headphones up. Will be ok on desk, but as i have it on shelf rise(like mini desk on to of desk...10 cm above desk) when fall managed to chip wood desk :D Product was fine, but managed to dmg table xD
Other thing if very glossy...so some people may not like it, I like it.
I hope reviev helped.
I can fully Recomend :)
