Pairing these was quite easy as you just hold the pairing button and it goes into pairing mode. After that it was downhill.
The sound is very lackluster and flat. No matter which codec is picked it is just completely flat. I tried out another set of eartips I had from another IEM and it didn't really help. The bass is weak, there is no sub bass, and the highs are sharp (indicating high distortion).
Piano music was a disaster due to uneven frequency response; some keys are very loud and sharp while others are heavily rolled off. Rap music was lifeless without sub bass or really even main bass. Female vocals lack depth.
I couldn't find a saving grace of these headphones in terms of audio quality. In build quality its even worse; the wires that connect the two headphones couldn't be any thinner and flimsier; just holding these headphones in my hand I was afraid I would break them.
The design of the earbuds is also too small and flimsy; they don't stay in your ears no matter which tip you use because the wire comes out at an angle that contacts with your earlobe in every direction. The wire has no easy way of routing and its flimsy nature is just uncomfortable to wear around. The battery "box" that hangs is too heavy and pulls them out if you have it around the front of your neck and on your back it just feels weird.
I couldn't be more disappointed in this really as using it for even an hour was difficult to get through. The button box is also too close to the right earbud for any good routing of the cable to make it more comfortable...
Overall I would avoid these; there are much better offerings at every price point. Sennheiser really dropped the ball here and honestly looking at the design; I wonder if they even had any part in building these or if they just contracted the whole thing...

The earbud tips and cables are very comfortable. There are four earbud tips to choose from and the material is very soft so the sizing and shape are forgiving. The earbuds do tend to need to be pushed in again every so often due to the gentle fit and soft ear tips, and the weight on the cables. If they aren't in all the way then of course you lose a lot of fidelity and music doesn't sound as good.
The remote is easy to find without looking, but it always takes some fumbling to find the correct button because the buttons aren't well differentiated by their shapes or textures. Also every other pair of headphones I've owned has had track navigation controls that work with my phone, but these don't work. I often want to repeat or skip a song, but with these headphones I have to take my phone out and use the controls there. The manual says the buttons only work with compatible phones. (BTW, at this point you can't download the manual as one file. You can only look at it online. It's broken into many many many HTML documents and you likely have to flip through each paragraph-length topic to find what you want. I searched for how to skip tracks, but didn't use the correct search terms apparently because no results came back, so I had to flip through many pages to find the info.)
The remote hangs on the right side of the face and the battery rests on the back of the neck. This makes the headphones slide off in one direction when you take the buds out, and the cables aren't long enough to allow you to wear them clipped together or clipped to the front of your shirt or collar. They're really uneven. If you need to take out both buds to talk to someone, and you forget to hold onto them, they're way more likely than other earbuds to slide off relatively quickly. I had to take mine out several times at the store yesterday and I really thought I lost them at one point. They were sliding off but fortunately they were under my jacket where they were trapped. This type of earbud needs to have a way to hold it on when you aren't using it.
The packaging on this set was really minimal. Honestly it looked like a bargain brand. I actually appreciate that because I hate to see fancy single-use stuff getting thrown away, but I do wish they'd at least put the earbud tips in a pouch or baggie, especially if they used a durable pouch that also worked to carry the earbuds. When I opened the tray with the headphones in it, one of the tips caught the edge of the packaging and bounced away god knows where. Haven't seen it since. Earbuds like this all have different remote sizes so it can be a hassle to find a compact carrying pouch that fits the remote. I wish they'd include pouches with earbuds. The only good cases I have we too big to fit into my pocket or too small to fit the remote and battery. My earbuds have Kleenex lint on them from being in my pockets. Oh well I guess.
Anyway these sound great and the price makes Sennheiser quality accessible to more people which I like. But if you tend to break or lose things like I do then I'd suggest only getting these if you can also find a clip or retainer that will attach them to you, and a decent little case to keep them in. Also it may be worth researching whether or not your device will work with the track navigation on these earbuds.

Longer answer: these seem to be a copy of the Sony WI-C300. They use tiny earbuds of the type you'd find on old-school wired earphones. That would be fine - if they were old-school wired earbuds, with no added do-dads attached.
Unfortunately, this design doesn't translate well into wireless format.
* Electronics are in a pod which adds weight.
* Controls go in another pod, that adds weight *asymmetrically* to one ear.
* No form of memory wire or ear loop has been added which leads to the buds tending to fall out or at least come loose enough to unseal the ear-canal.
Sound quality (when they're fitted properly and staying in place) is good, not excellent - they're not "dollar-store bad" but they aren't nearly as flat or clean as a well-fitted pair. Minor plus is they use USB-C instead of micro-B but that doesn't make up for the other limitations.
You'd be better off with an Anker Soundcore series wireless headset, or earbuds, or something from Plantronics or Jabra.
Skip these unless you know they're EXACTLY what you want.
