Introduction - worth reading to understand the author's mind set about the contents of the book
Chapter One, The Dirty Truth - really good advise for dealing with "biological" issues
Chapter Two, Reuse With A Purpose - help to get the reader into the mindset of looking for alternate uses of items around the house or easily found
Chapter Three, The Good Witch - good advice on planning for health and medical needs using herbs and other natural foods
Chapter Four, What If? - basic advice, mostly for dealing with airborne or environmental threats, additional detailed information will be needed by most preppers on this subject
Chapter Five, Vices Are The New Currency - while I hold that toilet paper will be the main currency of the new economy (a subject covered in the first chapter), the author is spot on with the advice provided in this important chapter!
Chapter Six, OMG ... No Television - I grew up without TV in the house (I made up for it in later years!) so am very comfortable with the concept of needing to provide mental stimulation and emotional support that doesn't involve electronics - this is a very good section for those with younger children
Chapter Seven, The Selfish Prepper - sharing your skills and finding others with skills you can use is very important during a prolonged emergency, another good chapter that also includes some interesting recipes
Chapter Eight, Stressful Times - good advice for dealing with stress, also consider picking up a big joke book or two
Chapter Nine, Wrapping Things Up - good advice to live by!
Overall, this a solid follow up to the first book and is worth reading for dealing with more "practical matters" associated with longer duration emergency situations.
