I spent money on this product as part of my research on how to do eyelash extensions on myself. Because of the quarantine I had to force myself to learn self application since I was too scared to go back to the lash salon. Here's what I honestly can say about this glue:
Keep in mind that I had used this on myself, and I'm not a lash tech. I used to get regular fills so I have an idea on the process. This glue has good retention, and it does burn a little. But it is tolerable as long as you use it for fills and not a full set. If you need to start a full set, start off with Bonnie glue which has zero fumes. Then use this as you fill and replace all the lashes with this glue.
As you fill, make sure to fan it dry before you proceed to the next lash. It will reduce the burn and will make the fill tolerable. You will notice lashes fall out daily until the old lashes with the other glue fall out. Once it is all gone, you will experience better retention.
Wash your lashes wit lash shampoo daily to remove excess oils and dirt build up.
Bottom line, yes there is a little burn, but so far I have been able to maintain my lashes every 2 to 3 weeks, better than it was with Bonnie glue for self application. I will continue to purchase and do this process regularly.
