Do You Suffer From Tooth Sensitivity?
Do you get twinges when you eat or drink certain foods? Is your sensitivity a daily problem or perhaps just an occasional annoyance? If so, then chances are you have "dentin hypersensitivity," another name for sensitive teeth. It’s not uncommon–as many as 38% of adults regularly suffer from painful teeth due to sensitivity.

***** HIGHEST POSSIBLE RECOMMENDATION
I was puzzled by this, as I had never had trouble with teeth sensitivity before, but on the advice of my Dad (a dentist) I purchased this product.
After just a few days of rubbing this paste on the sensitive tooth, my problem completely disappeared and I have not had any problems since! I now alternate brushing with this product and a better-tasting paste (the chalky taste is the one downside of Sensodyne) and that system seems to prevent any sensitivity from developing.
Make sure however, that whatever sensitivity-relieving product you purchase (whether Sensodyne or others) contains the active ingredient Potassium Nitrate (5%), which will fill in the areas in the tooth that are exposed to the cold elements.
I used as directed, twice a day with a good inch of paste at each brushing, about 10 minutes after eating, flossing once a day. The gel medium took some getting use to - it's not as 'sticky' or 'substantial' as regular Crest or Colgate type toothpaste. At first it almost seems to dissolve in your mouth. The taste isn't bad at all, pretty generically minty. Not the best, but certainly not the worst. But definitely worth the quick resolution of my sensitivity issues. I'm glad I got the 4 pack!
Unlike the Pronamel gentile whitening toothpaste, this also freshens my breath.
