It is the perfect size for my face. I have noticed a difference since I started using it. Also I believe it is giving me a bit of an upliftment from the light therapy angle. I feel really strongly about taking the best care possible when it comes to my skin and using light therapy is something I had heard about, wanted to learn more about (so I googled it) and ultimately decided to give it a try with this red light therapy panel! I didn't have any previous experience with light therapy so this is my 1st time trying it. From what I've read: Red light therapy works from the inside-out to enhance mitochondrial function in cells. This, in turn, leads to several skin benefits.

My doctor recommended red light thetapy, so I thought I'd give it a try. So far, so good. I have only used it twice. Be sure to buy sunglasses. I don't think you should use it without protecting your eyes. Also I realized I have to keep my dogs out of the room when I am using it to protect their eyes. Very easy to set up and use. Very light weight. I will see if it has any impact on my pain.

This frequency is said to work the best because it's closer to resonant frequency of cell tissue. I bought this to help my face and neck increase my collagen production. Supplements, creams, exercise, and water can only help so much. I'm trying to avoid surgery for as long as possible so I'm giving this a try since there have been studies done to show it works.
