Every mouth-watering recipe has been contributed by renowned chefs, world championship chili cook-off winners, restaurant owners, TV celebrities, social media influencers, Brian himself, and his dedicated fan base. Also included are 50 championship-winning recipes from the International Chili Society’s World Champion Chili Cook-Off spanning from 1967 to present day, a foreword by fellow The Office co-star, Oscar Nunez, and a bonus recipe of the official “Kevin’s Famous Chili” from The Office! I love the variety of recipes. Something for everyone! I think this books makes a great gift. I wanted it, but I bought it for my husband as an upcoming Christmas present. He likes chili, and I think would participate in the kitchen with recipes like these. I love volume food (big eater, and some foods are great as left overs and beyond).
So far, I am very pleased with it, and I think the hubs will be too.

Let me tell you the good things about this. This hardcover, spiral bound book has tons of recipes for chilli! These are all contributed mostly by people from the United States. Some are by food bloggers, chefs, TV hosts, etc.
There are a great variety in the types of chilli such as red meat, chicken and unexpectedly, veggie versions! A lot sound delicious and a few sound way too heavy for my appetite. I'll probably stick with the chicken versions and the veggie versions.
There are color pictures for each and every recipe.
What I do not like about this. The quality of the paper pages. This feels like a cheap magazine. Like if you pull the page too quickly and the holes get stuck in the binding, it could rip very easily. I can see this book also getting damaged quickly if you have it nearby when cooking. Some books, their pages are easy to wipe if you accidentally get it wet. This one, I feel like the thin, glossy paper would not be forgiving at all.
I think this book is great for a chilli lover but be careful as the pages are of poor quality.

Man sollte jedoch beachten, dass es auf Englisch ist, das könnte für einige eine kleine Hürde mitbringen.
