Andy Moor will need no introduction to majority of you reading this. Whether you have seen him play as a solo DJ, or as one of his partnerships, including Tilt (Parks, Wilson and Moor), Leama & Moor and Whiteroom, you will always hear the same high quality of music. In recent years Andy has played at some of the worlds most prestigious clubs, remixed some of the biggest artists and given us some of the best tracks of his own. Hes constantly proving that he is one of the scenes most definitive artists.

At 25 years old he is no old man but his experience, skill and back catalogue of productions suggest he is a veteran in the industry. In the studio he has worked for some of the biggest labels and artists in the scene including Tiesto, Paul Oakenfold, Brian Eno, Armin Van Buuren and Arthur Baker to name a few.

2004 saw him turn in some of the biggest records of the year. With his many aliases as a producer he been able to explore different styles of music, all of which have become successful in their own right. As 1/3 of Tilt he has produced the debut album Explorer and toured around the world performing live tracks from the album, while Leama and Moor have been quoted by many as the hottest production duo in the UK remixing the likes of Avril Lavigne & Nelly Furtado. He is also one half of the trance duo Whiteroom whose debut single was the biggest selling trance record of 2004 and their follow up has found similar success on his own record label WOOM Recordings.

Despite his hectic DJ & Production schedule his passion still grows for the art he loves and he has found time to bring us this compilation on the label he first signed to back in 2000. Mixed to perfection, the tracks integrate to combine some of the best releases from the label over recent years and even includes a few exclusive unreleased & forthcoming tracks!

Format: Audio CDVerified Purchase

This cd is definitely mixed to capacity and it definitely sounds different than any other trance out there. The first few tracks are made up of vocal loops, as well as synth sound effects, but the flow of the album is perfect. Just when you think the album is lacking something, in the next few minutes it comes along. I was thinking the 2nd track had a lack of vocals until the 3rd track came along and brought it. It feels like the album builds up. My fav track is Transatlantic.

FANTASTIC! Wish there was more like it out there.

Format: Audio CD

There are a million subcatagories of electronic music out there, go to beatport to see what I mean, but if you are into smoothly mixed trance/progressive house this is probably the album for you. Similar to titles and DJ's like Lucian Foort, Digweeds Sidney Disk 2, most Dave Seaman GU works, Sasha's Ibiza, and doubtless countless other works out there are comparable to this one. Great set by a great DJ. I wish there were more mix CD's out there like this and by Andy Moor. Wonderfully classic sound, not really dipping too deep or going too club anthemy, and always moving, bouncing in the right direction. If you dug any of the above mentioned artists and CD's mentioned, this set will not disappoint.

sexy, intense, genuis work of art

It looks like I am the only one who knows about this CD so far. this is one of the best by far progressive, trance CD's out there this year. This man is intensly talented. this is not Cheesy Dance but very Sophisicated Dance Music. get this and be ready for the a True Musical Dance Experience. Andy will be at the TOP in a few years... just wait!!!

Best electronic compilation of 2005

Andy Moor is the future superstar DJ/Producer of this genre. He has a very unique style. Dont waste time reading this review just buy this album.
