THE SEVEN PILLARS OF HEALTH A seven-week journey to great health
Americans are the unhealthiest people in the world! Dr. Don Colbert is on a mission to turn that around. His 50-day plan provides information that will not only change your life but also challenge your thinking, motivate you, and impact your entire community-forever.
Yes, you know what the pillars are-but you may not know how to incorporate them into your daily life in a way that will energize you, help you think more clearly, feel better, look younger, and live longer. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain. Try it! --This text refers to the hardcover edition.

I highly recommend this book to everyone. It teaches good, clean, healthy living and eating. Dr. Colbert emphasizes that we must eat living food, instead of the dead, processed and fast foods that are staples in the American diet. We must also drink pure water, not tap water.
Most of these ideas were not new to me, but were explained in so much detail, and with the support of Scriptures.

I also wanted this book, because I had been experiencing tiredness and just generally unwell and unhappy body at 32, but neither me or the doctors could put the finger on it, straight away as I started reading the first chapters I realized what part of the problem was, followed the advise and the results were visible within days.
Also found it very easy to follow as it is structured as a diary so you would read a new fact and advice per day, which breaks things up making it easy to digest.
Another thing I love about this book is that is from the point view of prevention, I am sick and tired of maintenance, I prefer prevention, I don't want to get to my 40's feeling like an 60 year old, this book is a treasure and a must have for good health in general, and best of all very easy and fun to read which is usually quite hard to find in this category of reading.
read it twice and now reading for third time and taking notes from it
I have now bought many of these books as gifts for friends, relatives and colleagues
