The cart is excellent!!! Our kitchen is tiny meaning mobility is required. Length and width of cart 30" X 18". The packing and instructions are 1 star. The instructions for the wheels advise you need to hear a snap or pop sound but they are excellent screw on heavy duty wheel assemblies! When you open the box there were broken pieces of black plastic. I am guessing they are part of the packaging? There are rubber rubber o-rings, not mentioned in the parts and more than are needed. Also extra height adjustment slip sleeves. Although typical poor instructions the cart is easily and quickly assembled. The three shelves are strong and have the practicle lip around all. I was lucky to have been able to estimate that all that I hoped to place on it would fit, considering distance between each shelf, height. All three shelf heights are adjustable, in one inch increments, by being able to choose which circular groove selected. I have it with bottom shelf 6" above floor. almost 11" from bottom to center shelf and the just under 12" to top shelf. The cart handle is on the same high par as all other parts of the cart, strong, attractive perfect height handle. Nothing is flimsy. The carton thickness allowed me to cut and make temporary shelf liners for bottom and center shelf. The heavy duty cardboard allow the medium size kitchen devices to be easily pushed around on the bottom and middle shelf. The video is worthless and not specific to the cart. The cart deserves it's own video rather than an abbreviated history and company philosophy. I have it in the kitchen and it has freed up considerable shelf space allowing other uses for the built in shelving. The height selected for the top shelf allows a large cutting board to sit under other items. If the items placed on the board are removed the topside height of cutting board (30") allows for additonal work surface. I feel a second cart would work well outside. Practical mobilty on a serious cart !!

Great Cart - Excellent Customer Service
I bought this cart to "store" my Singing Crystal Bowls in an attractive way as well as one that would also make it easy to move them into my "performance" room for when I play them. This requires a "smooth" operation when moving across carpet, tile, wood and thresholds.Well, first off, the cart arrived damaged - the corner "slot" of the middle rack had been smashed so that it was no longer round. I was not at my office when it was being assembled (which I'm told was actually very simple and easy - in spite of the smashed corner); thus the gentleman putting it together, in trying to be helpful, hammered it out best he could.Sadly, it did not work - and the top 2 shelves sat at an angle - which means the cart would not serve my intended purpose since the bottoms of the bowls are rounded (to create the tone when played) and "sit" on a round rubber ring for stability.I was concerned that - due to the attempted "fix" - Seville Classics would not replace the shelf. However, I sent an email - with pictures of the "fixed" damaged corner as well as the other corners that had been impacted - requesting replacement (along with my invoice). (the first picture is of the damaged corner of the middle shelf and the 2nd picture is of the imbalanced corner of the top shelf)I received a response (thank you Mr. Woody Leal) within 2 and a half hours and a replacement shelf was shipped within 24 hours. And now the cart is perfect! AND best of all - it is sturdy, heavy, and stable enough to safely cart around the bowls (gently, at a slow, even pace). Pictures 3 & 4 show the finished cart with the crystal bowls (9 of them). I lined the shelves with foam board covered in felt (that's why they are dark blue).Thank you so very much, Seville Classics - and Woody Leal!
