Not worth the price. I bought the digital version. Just this person's ramblings. I was fooled by the gold seal stamped with "best selling" and the hardcover price, that it must be well researched, really provide Yogic philosophy, yoga exercises, illustrations of exercises, etc. Not the case.

I am really impressed with this book. I think Laurie hits the nail on the head about what men and women want and need (she's hit mine anyway!). I've been studying a few different emotional clearing/healing modalities now and what she says in this book, other people say as well, although Laurie says it in a more compact form. The techniques may differ, but the road is the same. I'm definitely passing this around to some friends.

Throughout the book there are references to the authors products in places where you would hope the topic would be covered in the book. In the back of the book there's a special web page listed for worksheets and suggestions to support the book, but it's not there. The authors primary web site works and is mostly about Anger Management.
