I was moved to tears in part, encouraged in parts and inspired in parts. You can go through the worst of the worst and come out of it, survive and thrive. This book is the guidebook back from anyone whose world has broken apart. The later half of the book provides guidelines for shifting our perspective, finding peace and allowing our brains to lead us to healing. If she can do it, I know I can. After the tears and heartbreak, I found this book to be filled with hope and inspiration to turn life's messes into a masterpiece.
