I bought this book to support the author, whose blog (TheBlackSphere.com) I love. Sometimes when I buy a book by a blogger I'm disappointed because the content either is just a rehash of what was already on the blog or isn't as good as the blog, but I was very happy to find Sexy Brilliance is every bit as insightful and entertaining as the blog. I hope to see bigger and bigger things from Mr. Jackson. He is a clever voice talking about the big lie that is liberal policy and it's damaging effects on our country at large. He is not afraid to be a minority conservative, but he doesn't play on his minority status, instead he is interested in an honest conversation about the state of society.

This is a really good book! Jackson lays out the good, bad & ugly about the political situation today. He offers solutions. He makes it personal. And he makes you laugh. Here is a brilliant thinker and fantastic writer who is able to phrase what we've all been thinking.

My only issue is this; Kevin, sweetie, PLEASE get a better proofreader! For a linguistics geek like myself, it's difficult to fully appreciate a book with so many little simple errors.

I will eagerly await Jackson's next book!

Kevin pulls off another EXCELLENT book with Sexy Brilliance...and Other political lies. I've got the Kindle version and plan on buying print copies for my friends like I did with The BIG Black Lie. You can tell it's hitting home, we've got some proggies here in the review section giving intellectually dishonest reviews, WELL WE KNOW BETTER! The proggies just can't stand it when a black man thinks himself off the Democrat plantation. Rock on Kevin, can't wait for the next book

I urge any and all who care not so much about politics, but the truth behind the smoke and mirrors, to get a copy of this book, from a real and intelligent person. Kevin tackles many subjects that others will not touch, and has the ability to do so in a wonderful way, the same that we all think I suppose and it is a shame to be labeled as a hateful person, racist, the list goes on and on. He points out very eloquently that true values have been eroded in this country; and it is a breath of fresh air coming from someone who I love to hear from, and on the political roadmap on paper, I should hate..Buy this book, you will not be dissapointed

I could not put it down. It is about time some one spoke for me! (I am a homosexual gay black man trapped in a white woman's body). I have bought several copies to send out to an atheist couple and some ill informed liberals. Of course it will be sent in a plain brown wrapping for if they know it was from moi, they wouldn't read it. Now they will trying to figure out who sent it to them. Whatever it takes to hopefully get some facts with sense into them.

Kevin Jackson has captured and described what should be the ideals that this country was founded on, but has strayed so far away. Every American citizen should read this book, I'm just sayin'.
