I bought a safety razor at the local pharmacy as a means to save some money. I bought these razors for the same reason. With little effort I learned to use the handle and these razors and get a shave as good as any I got from the triple blade name brand razor I was using at close to 10X the cost. The amazing part is that these blades actually last longer and give me as close and comfortable a shave as any I was getting with my former device. When you factor in I shave my head as well as my face you get the idea I am using the razor quite a bit. This is one of the best purchases I have made in a long time.

Just finished a week of shaving with these blades. I recently purchased a handle that came with 5 blades to start shaving with from Bigfoot Shaves. Their blades are very dull and I barely made it through a shave with a blade, though the handle is well made and easy to use, completely worth that purchase.

Now onto these Shark blades.

These blades, are SHARP. I had to change my blade after 3 shaves! This means I will get over 300 shaves per box of 100 blades.. since I shave every other day, I'm able to go 600+ days per box... which I bought for $9.90!

I'm sure there are plenty of sharp blades out there, I hear good things about 7'oclock blades, and Gillette Blue blades, but these are by far the best bang for the buck! Great classic blades, and if they ever start to leave the market, I'd buy them up easily. They have a customer for life here, Thank you Shark!

If you're new to wet shaving then I recommend using these blades. They're quite forgiving and will give you a close shave after 3-4 passes with minimal to no irritation! In terms of quality, I have yet to experience a defected or dull blade. Usually I can get about 2-3 comfortable shaves with each blade. These aren't the sharpest blades on the market when compared with Feather, but they're sharp enough to give you the closest shave of your life upon switching from cartridge razors.

I have used Shark blades before. I find the shave I get is so much smoother, closer, and far less irritation. The 100 pack is the way to go. With a fresh blade each week, I'm set for two years. All for less than $17. I can't understand how ANYONE is still wasting $30-$40 on 8 packs of Mach 1 refills, etc. that only last you a couple months. For men looking for a quality shave without ridiculous teenager marketing gimmicks.....you'll be hard pressed to beat this deal.

(1) Are Shark Double Edge Safety Razor Blades easy to use? They are very easy to use. Nothing is required except you remove them from their paper wrapper and position them carefully into your safety razor -- and they do fit every different kind of double edge safety razor in my collection. Yes, very versatile and very easy to use. (2) Are these razor blades of high quality? I would say they are very high quality inasmuch as I have been able to obtain multiple shaves from a single blade but that is not my normal practice. I did it to see how far a blade would go and this one passed every test with flying colors for number of good shaves per blade. My normal habit is to use a clean, fresh blade each time I shave because these are so economical I can do that with no second thoughts at all. (3) Is this product geared toward somebody like myself? Yes. I like wet shaving and I have the technique down pat and these are very very good blades for the purpose. (4) Pros of the product? They are finely engineered and extremely economical and sharp enough to glide effortless along the skin leaving no hairs behind in the shaving process. (5) Cons of the product? I couldn't discover any negatives on this product. (6) How alternative blades measure up? I have used only one alternative and I still like the "Shark" the best. (7) Is the product worth my money? Let me put it this way: I just bought 100 of these blades and I will undoubtedly be buying the 2nd Hundred when these are gone!

These are sharper than average and very smooth. I heard good things about the Egyptian-made Shark DE blades, so I bought a pack of 5. They agree quite well with my face and several of the razors I use. They like the more protective solid safetybar razors like my Rockwell and Game Changer and Mergress with my face. With a Gillette Slim Adjustable or Rex Ambassador or Phoenix DOC there’s a bit too much blade reveal for my skin and hairs, and I get irritation quickly. This is not the fault of the equipment, and my technique isn’t all bad. Just combinations that disagree with my face.

With the solid bar razors I prefer, the Sharks are a peach. Easy and carefree in getting a baby smooth face in 3 passes, with zero irritation most days. They even work well in my Merkur slant bar. I could get four baby smooth shaves out of each blade, but at 8 cents each why push it? I toss them at 3. Very enjoyable blade, highly recommended.

Tolle Rasierklingen für kleines Geld

Aufgrund einer Lieferverzögerung war eine Kontaktaufnahme mit den Verkäufer erforderlich. Ich hatte innerhalb einer Stunde eine Antwort vom Verkäufer erhalten, wobei ich dazu sagen muss die Lieferverzögerung war nicht Schuld des Verkäufers. Trotzdem wurde versucht schnell und unbürokratisch zu helfen. Für die freundliche und kompetente Korrespondenz schon mal 5 Sterne für den Verkäufer.

Die Rasierklingen gingen mir dann doch mit einiger Verspätung zu. Ich hatte durch eine frühere Probepackung div. Rasierklingen bereits das Vergnügen mit den Shark Super Chrome und ich war sofort begeistert. Die Klingen sind sanft und trotzdem gründlich. Sie laufen in meinen Rasierhobeln (Mühle R89, R107, Merkur C34) perfekt. Ich werde sie demnächst noch im Mühle R41 (offener Kamm!) ausprobieren.
Ich finde, dass bei diesen Klingen Rötungen im Gesicht während bzw. nach der Rasur nahezu ausgeschlossen sind. Auch Schnitte oder sonstige Verletzungen durch die Rasur gehören der Vergangenheit an. Ich wechsle die Klingen nach ungefähr sechs Rasuren. Bin mir sicher, dass die Klingen aber noch länger halten würden.
Im Vergleich zu z.B. den Mach3 oder Fusionklingen, sind die Sharks vom Preis Leistungsverhältnis ein Traum.

Also Leute, klare Kaufempfehlung!

Great Blades. Better Than Astra

I am fairly new to using double-edged safety razors. I received ten of these blades with a Parker safety razor a few months ago. Then I ordered some Gillette Astras, because they seemed to be the most popular. After trying three blades of the Astras, I sent them back and ordered more of these Shark blades. Much smoother shaving and fewer nicks. Excellent price as well. I shave about three times a week, and change the blade once weekly. Each blade is easily good for at least three quality shaves, and a 100 pack will last two years. So long Mach 5!

im Merkur / Dovo 23c war mir die Klinge zu sanft, im Futur auf Stufe 1 bis 2 ein tolles Erlebnis. Bei der stainless Version dieser Klinge hatte ich auch im 23c brauchbare Ergebnisse, vergleichbar der Verwendung einer Croma Klinge von Feintechnik Eisfeld.
Mein subjektiver Eindruck ist, dass die Chrome erst einmal eine Rasur Einarbeitungszeit benötigt.

GET. THESE. RAZORS. Crazy deal for crazy sharp blades. I tried out up to 7 shaves with these, and it worked. I wouldn't recommend that, I wouldn't go any higher than 5 shaves. Personally, I do 3 shaves then replace, but only because I have very sensitive skin.

Das sind sehr sehr gute Klingen, gut nicht in jeden Hobel aber doch sehr gründlich und sehr sanft, bitte ohne Druck rasieren
so gibt es auch keine Blutpunkte, und nicht in offene Hobel das klappt bei mir nicht so gut.
Aber in großen und ganzen bin ich sehr zufrieden, und ich kenne schon einige Klingen, diese sind für mich die erste Liga.
