Love it!! Better than my other shark steam mop!

I had a shark steam mop, the one that has either a rectangular or triangle mop head. However I felt I wanted something that could really scrub the floor. I absolutely LOVE this scrubbing mop!! Keep in mind the scrubbing pads are smaller and not double sided so you will need to change it more often, I’d say a good rule is one set of pads per room unless you have a very small house. Well worth the investment, and changing the pads with each room makes it easy to spilt the mopping so you do some rooms one day of the week and another set a different day. I also love that this stands up on its own, the previous mop did not and would always fall over when I leaned it on something. Highly recommend, I’d give it a 9.5/10. I wish it had a bigger water tank, just means I’ll have to fill it up when I change the pads for a new room.

We had a Shark steam mop for years and the handle finally broke so we had to look for another floor cleaner. I had no idea there was a Shark with spinning disks. This really scrubs the floor and sanitized as it cleaned. As you see in the picture, it took up so much. The people we bought the house from used liquid shine floor stuff that I had been trying to get off for 3 years. There was food and dog hair stuck to the floor because of the floor shine stuff. This spinning disks with the steam has almost removed all of the nastiness.

I have never used a Scrubbing and Sanitizing Hard Floor Steam Mop. Happy it came with an Owner’s Guide.

First, Distilled Water is recommended. Make sure to use distilled water to help lessen build-up in the water tank…Distilled Water will make the Steam Mop last longer.

It is very easy to assemble. I have a very large home with ceramic floors and laminate floors.

I love that the cord is 22 feet. It also comes with 6 washable pads and a filling flask. The pads are machine washable.

The steam cleaner water container does not hold a lot of water. I did my small kitchen, small guest bathroom, large great room, large dining room, and I had to refill about 3 times.

I have to manually step on the bottom of the steamer to get the handle to go up and down.

However, when the steamer is in use it swivels left and right on its own.

To activate the movement of the pads, I just manually step on the steamer and that gets it to automatically rotates. I wait for about 30 sec for the steam to start. I can say that it effortlessly glides across the floor. It automatically rotates all over the floor without me pushing it. It does clean very well, and it feels likes me not using a lot of energy after use.

It has two modes, light for quick clean-up and normal for everyday use. I use the light mode on my laminate and normal on my ceramic tile. It does go up in small corners. It does not go under my couch because they are not high enough off the floor. Went around dining room chairs easily because the height of them is higher than my couch.

All in all, it is a good mop steamer. First I am unhappy that I had to manually step on the steamer to get the handle to go up and down. I wish the refill tank was a little larger. I do like that it glides effortlessly across the floor.

2500sq ft of tile is no match for this Shark Steam mop!! It scrubs and cleans and sanitizes, wooooohoooooo this thing is ridiculously easy to use. My 8 year old daughter has the mopping chore and she loves this thing, we all do. Mopping has never been easier or cleaner. What a perfectly amazing product! It works great on our hardwood bedroom floors as well.

It’s easy to navigate with, it almost does the work by itself…. (almost).
It’s easy to fill with the provided fill cup
It stands up and stays secured in the upright position. Our old one use to fall over.

My ceramic tile floor is a pain. It's a light grey color, with a wood texture. I sometimes can't tell what is dirt and what is texture. I like the steam/spin feature working together. I've tried steam alone, spin alone, swiffers, and everything else other than hiring a floor cleaning service. this one works. But all you can put in the tank is distilled water, so I do a little pre mop prep with a good quality hard floor cleaner.

The Shark Mop Scrub is easy to assemble out of the box. It operates like two giant orbital buffers with steam-action to clean sticky, dirty floors, steps and walls. It glides with ease over floors and cleans small cracks and crevices that otherwise would be difficult to extricate. As a vacuum-snob I am sold on Shark vacuums and cleaning devices because Shark integrates excellent industrial design at a reasonable price.

The mop comes with four heavy duty cleaning pads that attach with pressure. There are three speeds depending on level of dirt, and a light so you can see the floor before and after mopping. Use distilled water to ensure longevity. Great product.

Dyson doesn’t compare to my Shark vacuums. I have converted all 12 family members to Shark. To try a Shark is to love a Shark product.
