The good:
It pushes air well
The noise level is low. I tested it myself on full blast, and from 1+ feet away from the fan, it hovers around 52dB

The Bad:
There's no remote control. You'd expect a fan at this pricepoint to have one.
The chord is awkwardly placed below the machine, so it's always going to be pinching between the fan and the windowsill, and it leaves a small gap.
The foam spacers have a lot of open space. I ended up patching them all with duct tape, which is not pretty.

Here's the info that I was looking for in the comments and got conflicting answers on. (I have the Portal model).

Does it remember settings?

Yes and no.

If it loses power, the next time it turns on it will be at the medium setting.
It also won't power on through the plug, only by pressing the physical button.
BUT if you use the button, it will remember the settings.

So you can't use a smart plug to turn it on/off, but you can use a smart switch (I had an old switchbot lying around)

I also got mine on sale (~$65) and that's the only reason I chose it over the Vornado.
Honestly, if it wasn't on sale I would go with the Vornado for around the same price.

But it is super small and light

I am very much requesting a refund this time. I don’t even want a replacement because I feel like even the replacement will be just like this. I can’t trust again. The products are branded as refurbished, good and used. How can I ever?

El vendedor le doy 4 estrellas porque llego dentro del tiempo, la estrella retante no se la doy por qué El producto a pesar de que tiene buen aspecto, no es silencioso como especifican los detalles del producto y le falta capacidad de manejo de aire a los m2 que especifica el fabricante.

Works well to bring outside air inside. The reverse flow mode is not as strong. I like that it has a flap that closes to reduces air leakage when it is shut off. Fairly quiet on highest setting equal to a pedestal fan.
