About the Author
USA Today bestselling author Magda Alexander loves piña coladas and walks in the rain. Okay, enough of that. Rewind.
Magda loves reading steamy romances, which she’s been doing since she was ten. Um, that’s not quite true. Steamy romances did not exist when she was ten, and if they had, she’s pretty sure her mother would not have allowed her to read them. She did read the hand-holding, longing-glances kind, along with her catechism, which got her into trouble more than once. Let’s just say mother superior was not amused.
Magda, a lifelong learner, graduated from the University of Maryland, where she majored in business administration (because her family had to eat) and minored in English (because she needed to dream). Born in Havana, Cuba, she’s lived in Maryland most of her life and now resides close to the Catoctin Mountains in a city whose history dates back to colonial times.

Ms Alexander has written a wonderful story with romance and mystery and I enjoyed every minute right up to the cliffhanger ending and have all ready pre-ordered book 2 in the series. My only regret is the waiting until book 2 is released.
This book was the classic "bad boy" from the wrong side of the tracks becomes a success and meets the "innocent good girl" from a wealthy family. The sexual encounters were not too explicit, "tastefully" done.

That's all I need to say...I don't like it when people write reviews and tell you all about the book..
I want to read it for myself ...just to say it's worth reading is enough...
All in all a good read, already downloaded book#2
