You're going to sweat!

I didn't think I would like this program but decided to get what appears to be a starter kit. There are two DVDs with two separate dance routines. The first one "Get Into It" was great. I love to dance so I didn't find the moves that difficult to follow. The first few were pretty easy midway point it gets a little more complicated. But I loved at the end you do the whole routine several times. The full routine takes about 30 seconds to do. I wore my FitBit Blaze while doing the routine and it showed I burned 430 calories for a 35 minute workout, however, I was in the peak zone instead of the fat loss zone. I think it's a great compliment to a workout routine. I just purchased this DVD series so I haven't lost weight yet. I was sweating a lot and felt accomplished. I enjoyed the routines. I only gave it four stars because with this set there are only two routines so by time I finish the two and feel accomplished I'll need to purchase the next set or the whole series which I'm holding off on. Maybe I'll ask for it for Christmas.

Shaun T has helped me to change my life! A lifestyle change isn't easy. I'm 50 and felt myself getting weaker, struggled with stairs and tired quickly. I work from home with no time for gym or long walks. I have to be able to respond to customers if an emergency. I purchased this program after I went through his other Cize program and now I'm on Beachbody All Access. These programs are perfect for me. I do it right in front of my desk! 30 to 50 minutes a day, so much fun. Takes me 3 times to fully learn the routine. I use muscles I didn't know I had. The cardio is great and I get to use my brain and coordination to learn the routines. A trifecta. My doctor was shocked at 25 lbs in 6 months and I love doing it! Thank you Shaun T!

Great Value! CIZE for Weight Loss is a Great work-out! It comes with two Awesome DVD's and when I did the 38 minute work-out it did make me sweat, although I could have tried harder to sweat more--but getting those moves down is my excuse so once I do I can throw it all in...! I recommend this to anyone who is getting bored/tired of the traditional routine and who want to have some fun while sweating it out. I Do have a membership at Beachbody on Demand where I can stream the CIZE workout but I like the DVD option in the event I want to switch it up and do something different than the featured workout.
Never mind the one star reviews, these were people who were disappointed that they weren't getting the (I can buy those myself) containers and the other discs that are a part of the higher priced complete sets.

More Fun With Shaun T . . . He Makes You Feel Like A Dancer

What more is there to say? It's Shawn T with two new amazing dance routines. He always builds slowly adding on from the first step to the last. Even though at first you feel you will never "get it" by the time you're done you feel like you thought it all up yourself. LOL! It's hard to explain, but it doesn't feel like exercise at all, it's a sense of accomplishment every time I do either one of the DVDs. Each dance routine ends with "CIZE" it up where you do the entire dance routine with Shaun T and his amazing crew without the instruction . . . because you're a dancer now and know all the steps. So much fun! I highly recommend all of Shaun T's DVDs. He's great.

I thought it would be several dance songs with cardio moves. It was 30 minutes of teaching a routine to a song. At the end of the 39 minutes they then play the song and you put all the moves together. I thought it would be more like Zumba where you just follow along to different songs. I have done it 3 times. My 13 year old son loves to work out with me to this, and I know I am blessed. Gets your heart rate up for sure! Although, I'm not so sure I have a beach body when I am done, but I certainly feel good!

This DVD really makes you sweat!!! I've noticed that I've lost inches in my waist and stomach. I really like the way Shaun T practice the dance steps he goes hard, and makes you "Get Into it" and CIZE it up!! Oh, I forgot, the CD is 38 minutes. There is also an 8 minute ab workout on the CD as well. OMG, 8 minutes seems like a long time when you're hurting!! LOL! I'm glad I only purchased the weight loss CD instead of the entire CIZE DVD. The CWL DVDs contains 2 different CIZE routines, a small pamphlet that has a calendar that has a workout schedule. I love to dance, and this DVD, along with the other Shaun T DVDs I own, is perfect for me.

Love having some more routines to do with Shaun. These are good workouts if you have completed the basic programs that has the 6 original workouts for Cize. I love the second one that I just started today. The first has too much of the trip move which is not forgiving for those of us over 50 who want to limit the jumping/pounding on one leg (I alternate legs and tap the back foot to try to reduce the impact with the first routine).
