Deb goes to sleep in t
he living room after listening to her husband snore all night when she hears something crash into the front door. What she discovers is a beautiful angel – or is it?
As usual, this story has a little twist. This one isn’t really adult themed. You’ll find some violence and one single F word – that’s it.
I will post an update once it publishes.

Blog postDoes the self-publishing process terrify you? You are not alone. A simple mention of self-publishing causes veteran writers to scream in panic. Self-publishing is notoriously costly. The investment is also a gamble. If the book sells well, you easily recoup the publishing costs. However, if sales are not what you anticipate, you are in trouble. The road to publication needs not be paved with dollar bills. By using the following five resources, y9 years ago Read more

Blog postWhat would one do when having the elements of their fate delivered to them by the Norns? Well, they’d write themselves a story…
Recently I took part in the HorrorAddicts.net Wicked Women Writers Challenge after having been dealt what I feel was a fairly rough
hand by the clever yet cheeky Norns:

Blog postHow did you find out about the Wicked Women Writer Challenge and is it your first time participating?
Last year, I was challenged to participate by a fellow writer. I thought it might be fun, so I did. This year, I didn’t need a challenge.
Did you have any challenges writing your story once you got your challenge or did it come easy to you?

We all knew it was coming…an Apocalypse to end all things. But how exactly will the world end? Will it be slow or fast? Will it be a zombie plague? A nuclear holocaust? Death from above? Or perhaps something less predictable, like a shocking discovery in an ancient tomb or an unnamed evil stalking us in the shadows?
We asked several talented horror writers to deliver their best Dystopian fiction and Apocalyptic stories, and we were horrified by what they predicted. So open up these pages at your own peril, for the End is nigh, and you may discover it is more terrifying than you could have ever imagined!
Deb decides to sleep in the living room after listening to her husband snore all night but after a loud crash outside, she discovers an angel - or is it?
This is short and shouldn't take very long to read so please keep that in mind before you make a purchase.
However, most people who deal with an anxiety disorder or phobia on a daily basis know they are coping with a difficulty. They know that research is ongoing, such as studies on the amygdala, the specific brain region associated with the "fight-or-flight" response. They know there are no "cures." From beta blockers to SSRIs and MAOIs to sedatives to behavioral therapy to biofeedback to herbal remedies, there is no one solution.
They also know they are not alone!
On these pages, you will find eighteen stories and one poem by individuals who courageously face each day, and each night, knowing life will throw many things, both good and difficult, in their path. And yet, they go on. Read, applaud, and be grateful for your own life.
