Ich verwende Shea Moisture Coconut&Hibiscus Shampoo und Conditioner jetzt seit ca. einem Jahr und war bisher immer sehr zufrieden, 5 Sterne. Leider bemerkte ich nach der letzten Bestellung, dass sich die Konsistenz und Verpackung beider Produkte geändert haben. Das Label für Cruelty Free ist auch nicht mehr vorhanden. Die Zutaten sind ebenfalls anders. Ich habe noch eine Flasche mit alter Rezeptur, auf der Alkohol als 9. Zutat angegeben ist. Das neue Rezept hat es an ZWEITER Stelle, d.h. es ist viel mehr Alkohol drin. Man merkt sehr deutlich, dass die Konsistenz wesentlich dünnflüssiger ist als früher und dementsprechend reagieren meine Haare sehr negativ drauf.
Ich war anfangs so von diesem Produkt begeistert, weil es meine trockenen, frizzigen Haare in eine glänzende Wellenpracht verwandelt hat. Leider ist dieser wunderbare Effekt jetzt mit der neuen Rezeptur nicht mehr spürbar und meine Haare sind wieder trocken und frizzig. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht und finde es wirklich sehr schade.

PLEASE STICK TO THE OLD RECIPE! The new one is just plain awful. Or at least update your amazon picture so it reflects what you're actually selling nowadays.
The old recipe had alcohol in 9th place, the newer one has it in 2nd place, meaning it contains way more. This renders it completely useless. It's garbage now. Please bring back the old recipe or an alternative product with similar specs.

I have been suffering with hair loss, itchy scalp and slight dandruff and just dull hair for about 4 years now, I used to have naturally long think and curly at the ends hair. And then I seen a girl using these products to achieve her shiny, thick and bouncy hair. I asked my husband if I can spend so much money for just shampoo and conditioner, no problem. I've only used it for about 3 weeks now, I've noticed less hair loss, when I used to wash my hair with normal store shampoos, clumps of hair used to come out within each wash of hair, now it's about half of that which is of course amazing, it also added a little bit of extra shine to my hair, also amazing. I do agree the shampoo doesn't bubble up as much as we're all probably used to with normal store shampoos, but if you give it extra time to gently rub it in your hair it will definitely wash your hair well. I've notices people have also been complaining about the smell but I love it, very nice, sweet and natural, nothing too strong, but again, we're all used to very strong scented shampoos from the store which in the long term probably isn't even good for our hair. I personally think people expect a miracle and the product to just work within 1 use. We've been using store shampoos which contain chemicals and who knows what else for so many years so we can't expect to get our naturally healthy hair over night. It'll take time. Overall so far I'm satisfied, however it is a bit too pricy in my opinion and I was hoping for it to maybe help with my dandruff but we also have very hard water over where I live so that could cause my hair to not regenerate back to its healthy state as fast as I'd like it to. Hope this helps

I have type 4C mixed race curly hair. I have used Shea Moisture products for around 6 years and finally stopped this month. Shea Moisture is an overpriced brand with alarmingly positive reviews considering the shampoo and conditioner stripped my hair of its essential oils and turned it into a frizzy, bone dry mess. The curling smoothie which is generally hyped and has good reviews, is absolutely disgusting and dried my hair out after every use. I thought I must be doing something wrong all these years hence continuing using the brand, until finally realising it was damaging my hair and time to change what I use entirely. Waste of money, expensive, and harmful for type 4C curly hair depending on what your mix is of course. Avoid at all costs!

My hair was feeling exceedingly greasy as the weeks continued - yet dry on the ends. The conditioner was okay. I am not a fan and will go back to one of the other Shea Butter or other natural hair brand products.
