I love this. The author is an excellent, honest, transparent guide. This is a joy to read and easy to relate to. The author’s presentation, experiences, interpretations of the Sefirot and questions to ponder serves to encourage. I do not use the word encourage lightly. It takes courage to face and own up to what isn’t really “yours” yet lives inside you and hence gets in the way of who you are meant to be and how best to live your life. I was reminded of this, remembering an old internalized judgment I had, that was still operating "behind the scenes," and since is being attended to. And it wasn't even difficult to see! It was like a breath of fresh air. This easy to use guide is clearly needed during the tumultuous times we are living through. It is a food for the thought-soul-healing-repair-new actions blessing of a book, presented on behalf of Love and Kindness.
