About the Author

Mitchelll Graye was raised and still lives in the New York City Metropolitan area where he has held a variety of positions during his career in the financial community. At one such post, he 'blew the whistle' on a series of questionable transactions and reports. When not applying his analytical skills, Mitchell enjoys being a people watcher and has been a student in various psychology courses because he is intensely interested in what makes people tick. Graye draws upon his knowledge of the financial world in presenting the backdrop of cutthroat politics in "The Sheep Rise Up." His keen observation of human behavior come into play in developing the intereactions of his compelling characters. Mitchell Graye has also written "Return To Go," a novel published in 2007, as well as numerous short stories, essays and a sitcom pilot. Some of the short stories are planned for publication in 2013.

The Sheep Rise Up is a very entertaining, suspenseful book. The characters are engaging, particularly the protagonist, Kristen. There are many twists and turns, interweaving business tactics/scandals as well as personal dynamics. The author does a nice job explaining some of the more complex business items that are the underpinning of the suspense/mystery. Looking forward to the short stories from Mr. Graye later this year!

Wow -Mitchell Graye knows what he's talking about. He hit it right on - Lots of intrigue with surprising twists and turns. The characters are so believable, I could really relate to them. His knowledge of white collar crimes was extraordinary. It was a quick read because I couldn't put it down. I hope this is the beginning of a trilogy featuring Steve as the main character. Write on Mitchell !!

As good or better than many "best sellers" covering the crime scene. After reading fiction for a half a century, I am hard pressed to come up with better work.
