Top Customer Reviews
I got into hiking about 10 years ago, and Shenandoah is the go-to place in the DC area. Bushwacking has also become an interest of late, primarily to off-trail peaks, but reading "An Undying Past" a couple months ago got me interested in searching for old homes & cemeteries as well. Then I discovered Sue's book online, and I'm glad I did. It is extremely well-written and provides great insight into the park's history.
Highly recommended for any Shenandoah lover.
