make up two assemblies that can be used on just about anything.
The very first thing you have to do, is take them apart, and grease the pin/bushings, and swivel bearings.
While you are re-assembling them, pay attention that you do not tighten the pin nut to much,
but keep backing off until the lock just works, and no tighter.
Until I did the aforementioned task, the casters would always bind/lock up on me without actually pushing the lock on.
Even when adjusted correctly, they will do this every once and a while.
The two caster assemblies are now mounted on a Grizzly Horizontal band saw that weighs 300 pounds,
including the storage box I made to sit below the band saw cabinet.
The unit rolls with ease, and other than a wheel locking up on me once and a while, the casters are doing a good job.
Oh yeah, the wheels are not soft rubber, they are a hard poly product.
