Wow, Jenika Snow does it again! I absolutely adore her high school/new adult stories! They are simply the best. Reece is a loner at Black Mountain Academy, the scholarship kid with only one friend. He keeps to himself, planning on getting out of this town and escape the stigma of his alcoholic, abusive father. Keira has been fascinated with Reece for a while, can't help but look at him and have a few wicked thoughts. But she is quiet and shy, no match for the catty, decked out girls at Black Mountain. There is no way he would ever be interested in her. Reece doesn't want to get wrapped up in a girl but he likes the way Keira looks at him. He can't help but want to get to know her better. This book was all high school crush butterflies with just a touch of Sixteen Candles. I can honestly say this is one book that will be on my permanent re-read list. Reece and Keira are just perfect together and I stayed glued to my ereader from start to finish. Ten stars for She's Mine!

Kiera comes from a very rich family but doesn't act like it. She is also quiet and would rather melt into the walls at school to be not seen. Reese and Kiera catch each others eye while attending a party where alcohol, smoking, and other things are going on. When Kiera is hit upon aggressively by a drunk guy, Reese comes to her rescue. So begins their relationship of learning of love and to trust even though there are other people trying to pull them apart. Jenika Snow was able to capture the gut wrenching sorrow of a hiccup in Kiera and Reese's relationship. Will this hiccup be able to be repaired? I loved this young love story and the growth that Kiera and Reese had as individual people and as a couple. This is an excellent read!❤

The rich girl was as two-dimensionally vapid as her tough scholarship boy, was rough around the edges. The steamy scenes made this reader feel a bit like a creeper.

This is my fourth of BMA and I have still not decided which one is my favorite and I might still not know until I get to read all of them. Reese was a man broken in heart and in another way too. I love him for that because he so deserves so much love I just don't think that Keira was the right one for him but he still got his happy ending so I'm good with that.
