About the Author
I, Bobie Kenneth Townsend, at no fault of my on, became a native born Texan in 1951. I was raised in Hobbs, New Mexico. I was declared Ping Pong Champion in Heizer Junior High School in 1966. I attained the position of Master Counselor of the Order of DeMolay. I declined to become a Mason due to certain accepted members of that organization, that I believed were of the unsavory type. I graduated Hobbs High in 1969. I graduated New Mexico Junior College in 1972 with an applied science degree in computer programming. I became an Instrument & Analyzer Technician, which led to my independence and financed my pursuit of Happiness. I married my partner, Carolyn, in 1975 on Halloween, since I thought it to be a scary event. I was audited by the IRS in 1989. During a Tax Court hearing, I questioned the Tax Court Judge’s declaration that he stated during a court hearing. When I found the Tax Court Judge’s information was false, I asked the Court Clerk to see the Judge. The Tax Court Judge told my wife and I, in the court building hall way, “You see son, I have a right to lie to you because you have the right to appeal.” The Judge smiled, turned and walked away. This was the day, I started asking “Why?”. I was taught the meaning of the Texas and U.S. Constitution by Dr. Norris Austin in the late 1990’s. I became the Director of the San Jacinto Constitutional Study Group in the Houston Texas area shortly thereafter and am considered such today. I acquired a patent for a special air mattress that will move a coma patient in bed onto his either complete side and return him to his back without a nurse having to touch the patient, no matter the size of the patient. I found a manufacture to construct the device, but the manufacture was threaten by a Medical Supplier that it would keep the device off the market, by whatever means possible. I am still trying to find a manufacture for the devise. I then became a pro se, looking for a remedy. I now claim to be a published author and an expert witness concerning the material found in this book. If the Montgomery Central Appraisal District would have Granted me the same Variance, in 2005, that was Granted to the previous owners of my wife’s Black Toxic Mold Dream House in Conroe, Texas, this book would never have been written. Funny how things work out.
