Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyzed reviews to verify trustworthiness.

I love shrinky dinks, I use them in my jewelry making. It's not just for kids! You can use a variety of writing instruments on the surface of the shrinky sheets. The bright white sheets you have a little less freedom in the materials that you can use. It takes very well to rubber stamps and ink, and some markers. I mostly use the ruff n' ready sheets as they let me make really intricate drawings with extra fine tipped markers (they also take rubber stamps and ink well.) I'm including a picture of the ruff n' ready sheets for size comparison. Both the bright white and ruff n' ready shrink to the same size. Shrinky dinks are great fun for people of all ages, and if you have a hole punch you can make really cool pendants for necklaces or dangle earrings. In the teapot picture, the 2 teacups are on the bright white sheets, and the teapot is on the ruff n' ready - you can very clearly see the difference between the 2 sheets.
I used these to make stitchmarkers for a crochet/knitting swap at a fiber festival. I stamped images onto the sheets, cut them out, and baked. The directions were simple to follow and easy to figure out, especially after a batch or two. I used the Shrinky Dink sheets combined with Shappy 160 Pieces Bulb Pins Calabash Pin Gourd Pins Safety Pins for Clothing Crafting and DIY, 8 Colors to make my stitchmarkers. They turned out fantastic!
I used Stampin' Up ink, as that is all that I had readily available, but it is not recommended since it is a water-based ink. I discovered that only the black will really even stay on or show up. After stamping, I let dry for a while and colored in my images with Sharpies. This will work, but you have to be extremely careful, because the Sharpies will wipe the Stampin' Up ink off. If you can, I would recommend a permanent ink if you are going to use stamps.
I normally use the rough and ready shrink plastic but wanted to give this a try. It shrinks down a bit more then the rough and ready but only slightly. It is a bit harder to paint over (spent more time building color then I've had to with the rough and ready, I think that's due to its slick surface). Overall I am happy with it. It creates a beautiful finished product. I will say the white shrink plastic does split easier then the rough and ready so be sure to cut carefully and slowly. I will be purchasing more for future projects.

Works just like I remember! You can't use colored pencils on this unless you were to sand it or something. Protip: if you're going to use markers on this, be SUPER DUPER careful! They work well and show up well, but one wrong move and it smears everywhere. Sharpies tend to bleed into each other with this, so for intricate designs definitely draw the colored part first, then add the black outline last. If you plan on sealing this, definitely do a test run with some designs you don't care about until you find something that works, as I ended up destroying hours of work in a matter of 3 seconds.
I used this to make custom pins! Just glue a pin onto the back and you're ready to go with something that looks a little like an enamel pin!
This seemed like ceramic after baking them. Afraid to use them as keychains because they seem fragile. Used three different paints before finding one that worked ok.. directions say to sand before using paint but then it makes scratches in the paper.
Super fun - way better than the "sets" you can buy. Kids can make their own artwork and shrink them in the oven (with the help of mom or dad). One note, and maybe it is just my oven, but it took a lot longer than what the directions said to see the stuff start to shrink in the oven. Just be patient and keep on heating the stuff. Worth the price! Recommend using Sharpies (if you feel comfortable giving your small child a Sharpie) because regular markers can rub off the paper.
Our Elf on a Shelf takes the kids Christmas List to Santa each year. Well, the Elves are small, so they can't carry a big 8 x 10 sheet of paper! We cut this in half and make 2 sheets of 8 x 5. Then we give them to the Elf to leave for the kids to write out their Christmas lists. They use a red or green Sharpie Marker, write the list, and then the Elf takes it to Santa. Once Santa records it, he punches a hole in the top, stamps the year on it, bakes it in the oven, and sends it back to us to put on our Christmas tree as an ornament. Super Cute!!
Oh so much fun. My daughter and I purchases these for something new during the Covid shutdown. We had so much fun doing it. She is a teenager and thought this was great. Not just for kids. And since I have used it for many more useful ideas as well such as doggie identification. Works great!!!!
I'm really glad Amazon carries this from time to time. I wish they weren't so expensive but they are great for making custom gifts and cute stuff, even as an adult. It makes me feel very nostalgic. The plastic is shiny/slippery so you must use alcohol based ink on it.
Used this product with my kids. Every design we tried to shrink folded on itself. I was able to get 3 small designs from the whole package thanks to flattening them while still in the oven with my steel pot.
