Finally, just about anyone can afford a truly exception pair of audio headphones. Amazon fulfills these at $58 a pair, and for that price, this is a true bargain. I expect this price will go up soon as demand will rise. Time Magazine rated these phones number 1 over many, many popular and far more expensive models, including Beats, Sony, and Grado. Now I know why.
So here's what I learned about these phones. Packaging is exceptional, quality and professional. The phones are over the ear and very comfortable. They muffle outside sounds adequately though they are not noise cancelling. You don't feel a sweaty pinch on your ears after wearing these for awhile. The cord is medium length and adequate. The sound is wonderful, and highs, lows, balancing, and intended background sounds are crisp and clean. Excellent performance when listening from a computer, cd player, stereo, television, or phone or pod. The sound from my 42 inch RCA LCD was beautifully amplified (you know how terrible the sound is on these tv's unaided). I compared my Grado audiophile reference grade phones on this TV with the Shures, and though the Shures should not have sounded better, deeper and richer, they provided perhaps 20-30 percent clearer, louder sound, over the Grados. This makes the Shures perfect for TV, gaming, Amazon streaming, and any other medium where many layers of sound are provided. So, there you have it. These phones are well worth the 58 bucks. These really are the real deal.

Where's my bass?
All the reviews I read about this headphone talk about the bass (or the lack thereof). I thought maybe the people just had unrealistic expectations. However, when I started listening to my music on these headphones, I realized that the headphone truly under delivers on the bass front. My much smaller Koss PortaPro Headphones with Case had better bass than this monstrous thing. And although the highs and mids are pristine, the little bass I ended up getting on using the "bass booster" equalizer on my ipod touch 2G ruined the experience. Even the tiniest amount of bass is distorted and hollow instead of being nice and deep. So I'm putting these headphones on the facebook marketplace and Craigslist. I don't want it anymore. Pros: Made a separate section because the only pro I saw and bought the headphones for this very reason, is the way the connector/jack is reenforced with the cable. My previous headphones have undergone much abuse from going in and out of my jeans pocket. And this thing looks like it will definitely hold up unlike others.

La calidad del audio es muy buena con bajos profundos y bien equilibrados, medios nítidos y balanceados y agudos nítidos y sin opacar. Para escucha casual con el celular son muy buenos y se adaptan bien a las distintas opciones de ecualización y para ensayar instrumentos y monitoreo desde una consola de audio son buenos (no son lo mejor de lo mejor debido a su precio ajustado pero sin duda son muy buenos).
La calidad del material es buena (todo es plástico y cuero sintético), son suficientemente flexibles, abrazan cómodamente la oreja
