Update 12/28/17: My plant has been continually losing it's lower leaves, several per week. It tries to produce new ones on top, but it is getting leggy and thin. The leaves turn yellow and in a day or two wilt. I tried to post a question in hopes the seller would respond with some recommendations, but they have not responded. Hopefully a lower rating will get their attention. I had the plant under fluorescent light at my office with a timer for weekends. I've since brought it home to see if additional natural light (indirect) will help it recover, but it still is losing leaves, albeit at a slower pace. Another concerning thing since day one was that every time the plant gets slightly stressed all the leaves wilt and lay over. Usually a shot of water will bring them back in a day, but I monitor the soil and it's not that dry when this happens. I farmed most of my life so I do know what acceptable soil moisture feels like. It's like there is no root system to support the plant. I'll wait to see if a lower rating gets the seller's response or if I have to lower it again to get their assistance.
