There's also a nice variety of homemade low calorie salad dressings ~ vinaigrettes and restaurant style dressings. Also a great homemade barbecue sauce.
So far I have made the homemade chicken salad which was delicious. I also made the Potato Salad without the potatoes. Cauliflower is one of my favorite vegetables. I use it as a potato substitute but usually with garlic so it becomes garlic mashed potatoes. The Potato Salad Without Potatoes is a really great non-potato potato salad.
Finally I made the barbecue sauce for a roast I made. Excellent!
I also like the option for potato salad with sweet potato and the potato salad without potatoes, as I've been trying to have a more alkaline diet after reading 101 Alkaline Foods to Alkalize Your Body's pH, Boost Your Health & Lose Fat Naturally.
The author has several other recipe books that I'm considering downloading if they are as inventive and easy to follow as this one.
