These are great cutting mats. Since they were so cheap I bought one to see if they could replace the cutting mats for my Cricut. Although they do go through the machine the outer edges don't line up with the edges of the Cricut mat. The cutting will not be in the same place as where you want it to cut. It's not a huge difference but definitely would be important if you're doing a very specific cut or trying to save paper. With that being said I really do like the mat. It is great with thin copy paper and didn't rip when I took it off. The cover film is thicker and more durable than the cover film for the Cricut Mat. I'll keep the mat just to have as an extra mat when I'm not doing a precisely measured cut. Nicapa if you could secretly replicate the Cricut mat you'd have a lifetime buyer and I wouldn't tell!
The only downside is that the clear plastic that comes to protect the mat between uses is too thin, curly. So I kept the blue paper from my original mat to use with these mats (whichever I use currently), and I used the plastic that came with this on my old mat (I kept it as a practice mat, in case I'm cutting something experimental that might cut through the mat itself, and where I don't mind ruined paper).

These sheets are the exact size of the silhouette 12x12 mat. They line up perfectly. So that's awesome because I have tried the cricut mat and the mat doesn't read the same.
Anyway a Huge plus to these mats, they are so much thicker and stronger. I would say it's about the same thickness say if you were to put 3 Silhouette mats together.
Also, it's not nearly as sticky , but not in a bad way. In a -
new mat + cardstock = less curling of paper and super easy to clean off.
One con. The cover it comes with is useless as soon as you take it off the first time. If you have an old silhouette mat cover, it works way better.
You get 3!
Brutal. The standard adhesive don’t stick for very long anymore now that they have changed formulation so I bought the strong adhesive. Can’t get the paper off. I am so frustrated :(. The standard adhesive you will see me page is not even sticking at the corner. This is my very first cut with this brand new mat.
ADD ON: I have been very diligent and counted exactly how many cuts I have made with each mat----- only 9 pages. SOOOOOO UPSET!
