I think I’ve cracked the code! 2.5 1/4 was so confusing and 3/4 did not help to clarify it. Could not tell what I was buying.

Well boys and girls, I can now say with some confidence that 2.5 1/4 means 2) half sheets and 1) quarter sheet, while 3/4 means 3) quarter sized sheets.

I bought these for use in my solar oven and the quarter sheets fit PERFECTLY on the racks that came with it. No more parchment paper! Thank you very much.

Excellent Non Stick Properties & Environmentally friendly

They work extremely well for preventing food from sticking to pans. Terrific customer service, responded immediately to my confusion on cleaning. The suggestion of making a paste of baking soda and lemon juice does remove excess oil or grease. Also using very hot water while wearing gloves and using a good grease cutting dish soap will work well. Haven't tried vodka, though that was another tip read about. Using the vodka as cleaning agent, tho imbibing probably wouldn’t hurt lol!

From an environmental perspective, I prefer having these reusable mats vs using a lot of aluminum foil and parchment paper. And I'm definitely not opposed to saving money by not buying those things either...

Editing my comment below since learning from further reading that this is common for ALL silicon mats, NOT peculiar to these. And the cosmetic appearance doesn’t impact their non stick function! Sorry I didn’t learn of this before posting original review.

Please ignore this earlier comment re discoloration as any type of criticism. Again, this is what happens with any silicon mat so I’m leaving comment so that others won’t consider this an issue as I initially mistakenly did. “However, with somewhat limited use, they are getting some brown stains that I’ve been unable to clean off (so far, though have new tips to try.) Since this appears to be an issue not mentioned by others, perhaps I've not gotten all the oil/grease off and baked it on or into mat which may be causing brown stains. I just read that boiling them in water or vinegar will help break down build the up and remove oil/grease.” Again, I’ve now learned this is normal & probly why others don’t mention.

FYI: There seems to be a general consensus that heat is important to thoroughly remove oil/grease residue. .

The nonstick effectiveness, environmental friendliness and money saving make these an indispensable kitchen helper!

My wife always used our one Slipat mat to make her cookies, and it always worked great. But she wanted to get a few more for this year. I was going to get some more Slipat brand mats, but i saw these Kitzini mats on Amazon, and you get two for the price of one Slipat. The reviews looked good, so we decided to try them. Today she used them to make a ton of cookies. They worked just as good as the Slipat mat, all the cookies came right off, and were easy to clean. It says half sheet, but they fit perfect on our Nordicware cookie sheets. They do have a slight greasy feel, but that is normal and helps with the nonstick surface. I would highly suggest these for your baking needs.

I got tired of the expense of buying parchment paper and had been thinking of getting silicone baking mats for a while. I’m sorry I waited so long. These mats are wonderful. I especially like using them to make bacon in the oven. It comes out so crispy and doesn’t shrink as much as it did with the parchment paper. I’ve also made low carb pizza crusts & rolls that also came out better than when I used the paper. They tend to brown better for example.

The mats clean up nicely with some soapy water and I let them air dry. While I’ve only had them a for a short time, I’ve used them a couple of times a week so far and have always been pleased with the results.

They are a perfect fit for my half baking sheet and make cleanup of the sheet pan a breeze (which was not always the case with the parchment paper regardless of whichever brand I bought). You won’t regret buying them.

Suprisingly Easy Macaron Piping

For a newbie macaron baker, it was so much easier to pipe macaron shells with this product. Having the template "built in" is a huge plus. Additionally, it may well be a nice way to place drop cookie dough to cut down on cookies spreading into each other. I love silicon baking sheets and have used them for years. These are a nice addition to my baking equipment arsenal.

The quality of these mats is excellent. They are well made and fit my half sheet pans perfectly. I decided to buy a set while reading a recipe for making brittle. The author recommended using baking sheets. I bought the Kitzini sheets based on reviews and price. My recommendation? Run, don't walk, and order a few sets. I ordered a total of three! I've roasted veggies, baked cookies, baked fish, and made lasagna and pizza. You would never know that I had used the sheets or the pans I lined them with because I was able to quickly rinse them with a little water and a dish rag to make them look brand new. For the roasted veggies and the baked fish I was able to cut down on the oil I used, too. This product is truly a kitchen essential!

At first I was having trouble deciding whether to buy buy these or the French brand. I decided to give them a try because basically the price is amazing and I have to say I am very happy with my purchase and as soon as I can I'll buy another set. They are wonderful, no more parchment paper for me! These mats help my baking making it more even. I have used them to bake Christmas cookies and macarons and they come off very easily. The cookies slide off without any trouble and the macarons, since they are more delicate you handle them differently, but not a problem there either.
