Silicone Mats Ensure Even Baking Plus No Shortening or Spray Oil Required!

I am not a baker, so when I find out about tools that will make baking easier, I buy them! This set of 2 silicone baking mats is exactly what I need! Each measures 11.6x16.5 inches, so they will cover a standard half sheet pan or cookie sheet very well. I used mine for baking hasselback potatoes, which are basted with butter, olive oil, garlic and then sprinkled with fresh grated Parmesan. The baking sheet did indeed produce an even bake and prevented the potatoes from sticking to the sheet pan. After use, they’re so easy to clean! I just dipped them in warm soapy water and wiped them clean — no stubborn hardened cheese particles or oily residue. They drip dry and store flat in a drawer. I like them very much! I also bought a 2nd set and gifted my son & his wife with them. They like the flexible silicone reinforced inside with a fiberglass grid, as well as the rusty red border. They bake a lot and reported that their cookies, biscuits, and roasted veggies baked evenly with tasty browned edges.

Non-stick and easy to clean

I love silicone baking mats. I used to use parchment all the time but found it expensive and wasteful. Since discovering that silicone baking mats work just as well and will last me about 2 years, I haven’t turned back. They are no stick for anything that I have tried baking on them, without any additional treatment necessary. I use them for anything from cookies to fries and they always cook beautifully and evenly. They clean up very easily with a little soap and water. I like keeping the ones that I use for sweet and savory foods separate so it is great that I get 2 with this set. They are the perfect size for my 1/2 sheet baking pans. The silicone is thick and good quality. They are just as nice as the fancy name brand ones that I started out with which cost twice as much. I would buy these again.

These are so awesome! They arrived quickly too. When starting to plan our big Christmas cookie bake and make lists realized I did not have enough cookie sheet baking mats. These are a must have. They are so easy to use, the cookies bake evenly on them, and no greasing the pan is needed. The only negative I can think of is I did not start using these until this year! If you are a baker and like to bake and not clean, these are for you! A great quality, and very easy to use and store.
