First the good news:
1. They really do pop the muffins out easily! Now keep in mind I sprayed the cup parts of the pan with coconut oil so that definitely helped.
2. Super easy to clean, after using I simply ran the pan under hot water, used some dish detergent and rinsed it off - nothing had stuck to the pan so there was nothing to scrape off. Again, I recommend spraying the cups before using them or putting some butter on the bottoms (I'm low carb so I actually use butter/coconut oil but whatever you want to use is your choice).
3. They cooked my low carb muffins very well which really is important!
They pan flops around a bit meaning that when you're pouring your batter into the cups, which is going to be liquid of course...you have to be careful when you pick the pan up to put it in the oven. It can flip flop on you. What I did was put a cookie sheet under the pan BEFORE putting in the oven and in about 20 minutes - I opened up the oven and slid the cookie sheet out from under the pan with my mitts on. That way even if the pan flip flopped, the muffins were secure enough (aka not liquid) to withstand a bit of turbulence :-)
Honestly that's the only reason I'm taking one star away is I wish the pan was a bit sturdier. Otherwise? Awesome cooking experience for me and tasty muffins!
