We received a set of 24 liners (6 each of lime green, pink, royal blue and orange) in a simple box. We started to get welcome emails and helpful tips from the company (a little much for me so we opted out- especially as the company doesn't seem to have many other products and we are satisfied with our purchase). The liners seem to be well constructed and hold up to my toddlers attempting to destroy them.
I have made several batches of gluten free items (cupcakes, muffins, egg/quinoa frittatas, etc). I have used various recipes and found these baking cups to be a great value and very easy to use and clean. We have not greased these prior to baking and have had good results with gluten free recipes, no food sticking issues at all.
I recommend using a muffin tin for the best results, pulling the baked goods out and cooling for 3-5 minutes before removing from the liners. We have not experienced sticking and have not greased or oiled the liners prior to baking. If there is a 2nd batch to cook, we cool the muffin tin with cold water and then put another batch in (having 24 liners is helpful). We tried a baking sheet and the bottoms of our muffins were overdone- not horribly, but they did not have the even cooking results that a muffin tin produces.
For cleanup I put the liners in a soapy water for a minute, scrub with a soft brush and then rinse. I air dry or dry with a dish towel. I have not attempted dishwashing as we haven't had any caked on food particles and a simple soak and rinse works well.

These came all stuck together in a box. Saw that it was available for Amazon two day shipping - it came in fast! They were thinner/flimsier than I expected and didn't come with any instructions or information (for care, washing, ingredients, how to use,etc). I wanted to make mini pumpkin & apple pies without having to scrape them out of the pan or spend forever trying to scrub the pan clean. Since they were thin I put them in the muffin pan and I didn't grease them. The pies slid right out! It was awesome! Though it doesn't really matter - for functionality - the colors are really fun too*Update: After washing and baking with them multiple times I'm not sure I'm comfortable baking with them. They still have a distinct plastic-y smell to them that makes me wonder if I'm baking something not so yummy/healthy in my muffins
