I love the design of this cup, which is pretty much the only reason why I purchased it.
The quality however, has left much to be desired.
Right out of the box there was paint missing on the black and white cup, as seen in the photo.
That was a huge disappointment but I decided to keep it instead of going through the hassle of returning it.
When in use the ceramic itself feels extremely thin and fragile and I know that if it hits a hard surface even a little it’ll shatter into pieces.
There’s really no substance to it.
I own genuine Disney mugs and the difference in quality is highly noticeable.
I don’t know how long this mug will last with regular use, which is a shame.

I'm really upset. This is supposed to be a gift!!! And it doesn't even look like what I thought. It doesnt have the chip like in the photo... and in the photo it looks ceramic or something.. like is this a joke that I got the plastic looking cup!! Black coloring to represent a chip.. I'm returning and probably wont purchase again...

Update: she still loves it but.......there's a chip already which is sad. I will say she uses almost everyday so we hand wash almost everyday so did we cause idk?!.... and like I assumed it would get dirty in the indents of the cup its hard to clean fyi

After owning this mug for 42 days... I have found that it's pretty but doesn't work well for microwaving water for tea... the handle gets very very hot and the paint starts leaking white spots (see pics)... the paint has also chipped at the top rim without any rough use 🙁

The paint came extremely peeled. It’s not durable paint-wise. The paint practically falls apart in your hands. It appears that someone copy printed a Disney mug & did so very badly. I can’t even imagine what it would look like after washing it with warm water...definitely returning now.

Muy bueno!! La verdad es que tenia mis dudas, siempre es riesgoso comprar porcelana en linea, sin embargo venia bien empaquetado y llegó sin un rasguño!!! La pintura está bien y no tiene ningún problema, no se si tuve suerte, pero no me arrepiento en absoluto de mi compra. Recomendable!!
