First of all this soy sauce is dark, almost as dark as a La Choy sauce. But despite the dark color Silver Swan tastes more like a lighter sauce.
Since it is less ‘salty’ this sauce is much easier to cook with. No more fears of over-salting a meal.
Until recently my go-to soy sauce was Aloha Soy Sauce. But ever since tasting and cooking with Silver Swan I now have a new favorite.
