Product description
SilverStone's PP08 is a SFX to ATX power supply adapter bracket that is designed for ATX, Micro ATX, or Mini-ITX cases. It has offset mounting holes for SFX power supplies, which crucially increases available spaces inside a small case by up to 10mm compared to ordinary adapters. Pros: Vent holes. SFX PSU Offset to one side. Holes allow reversing the SFX PSU in the bracket. Holes allow reversing the bracket in the case.
Cons: Paint can scratch or flake off. Made of steel which is soft and seems a little thin.
My favorite feature of this adapter is that the SFX PSU is offset to one side of the bracket. This combined with reversible hole pattern allow you to move the SFX power supply as far as possible to one side to free up more space while also allowing the best airflow inside your case. All of the other adapters I found had the SFX PSU centered in the bracket which limits the possibilities.
FYI: this adapter is identical to the Kingwin KWI-SA-08

Worth the cost, and a nice little kit. Just make sure you do your measuring. Twice!

The Fractal Design Nano S that I use have very limited spacing between the power supply area and the graphics card slot. Originally, I used an ATX power supply and with a 3mm clearance between it and the GPU, it effectively blocks almost two fans of the graphics card. This results in high GPU temps during gaming.
Switching to a SFX Seasonic power supply helped, but the stock SFX to ATX adapter bracket centers the power supply and does not maximize the amount of space between the graphics card and the power supply. The Silverstone bracket provides a net 6mm more clearance over the stock bracket, and a whopping 21mm more clearance over a ATX power supply. In a situation where each mm counts, the space created is clearly visible. Overall, about an inch of clearance was created over the original ATX power supply build and the temperature drop was drastic (5 to 6 degree drop). I believe the vented openings helped as well. Overall, very happy with the purchase. 5/5
